I'm naturally curious, largely self-taught & probably a little too determined for my own good. I'd rather understand how something works, why it works & whether there's a better way.

My career has been anything but linear, from corporate marketing & events to hospitality & community support, with a few chapters on the water aboard sailboats & superyachts, where the weather sets the plan & you learn to think on your feet. The common thread has always been a love of working with people & being the one who spots what's slowing everyone down & sorts it out.

I'm a people person who's secretly a homebody. A good chat over coffee, then a tricky problem to pull apart on my own, & I'm happy for hours. Away from the screen, I'm happiest with sand on my feet, clay on my hands or a good meal shared with friends. I love travelling too, mostly for seeing how differently people do the same everyday things.

I'm organised, a bit of a perfectionist & I'll always look for the way that's slightly outside the box. I'm also the person in your corner. I started Sol Current to back the little guy: good people running good businesses who deserve the same tools the big players have.
